Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of Brewed Coffee (Cold Brew would also work well)
  • 1 Teaspoon MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
  • 1 Serving of Collagen (I like Vital Proteins)
  • Optional:
  • Sweetener of Choice
  • Cinnamon
  • Adaptogens of Choice (I occasionally will add Maca Root or Reishi if I have time + have them on hand)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy and smooth.
  2. Pour into a mug or tumbler and enjoy!
