This full body workout will work you from head to toe. No equipment needed!
Ask and you shall receive. For this week’s Work it Wednesday, I’m giving you one of my most requested workouts – a full-body routine that doesn’t require a gym, equipment, or a ton of space.
This workout is a quickie, but a goodie. And I just have to tell you guys, I was SORE as heck after filming this workout. It’s efficient, fun, and straight to the point. We are combining strength and plyometric moves to strengthen your entire body and get your metabolism pumping. All you need is a bit of space and about 15 minutes to get in an awesome workout.
The accompanying video to this workout is a little different from some of the others I have shared in the past. Instead of just demonstrating the moves, I’m talking you through them and giving you form tips and pointers. Also, instead of being as produced as some of my previous videos (like the ones from the #TBBSummerSLAY), this one is a little more personal and vlog-style. I would love your feedback on which kind you prefer!
This workout is to be completed in a circuit format. Perform one exercise after another with minimal rest in between. After you finish a round, take some time to rest (no more than 1-2 minutes) and repeat the entire circuit two to three more times.
