Simple Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 Cups of Watermelon, Cubed
  • 1½ Cup of Fresh Blueberries
  • ⅔ Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ Cup Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Mint, Chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss the watermelon in the apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add blueberries and feta, lightly toss until combined.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
