Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Dash of Nutmeg
  • ½ Chopped Apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla in a small bowl or mason jar. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over apple. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until apple begins to soften. Top pudding with softened apples and walnuts. Serve immediately.
