Cookie Dough for One (Gluten Free + Vegan)

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, soft but not melted
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Oat Flour or GF All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Milk of choice (I used almond milk)
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix coconut oil, almond butter, flour, sweetener, chocolate chips and vanilla until a crumbly dough forms.
  2. Add in 1 tablespoon of milk and stir until well combined, and the mixture is the texture of cookie dough. If it is still dry, add another tablespoon of milk.
