Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • ¼ Avocado
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract or the Pods from 1 Vanilla Bean (or both if you love Vanilla)
  • 2-3 Soft, Pitted Dates (soak in warm water for a few minutes if your dates aren't soft)
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Matcha Powder (start with one teaspoon and work your way up)
  • Ice
  • Toppings of choice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top as desired.
