Spicy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 JalapeƱo Pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • ¼ Onion, Chopped
  • ½ Teaspoon Honey (sub agave for vegan)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Juice ½ Lime
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If the dip is too thick, add one tablespoon of water at a time and blend until reaching the desired consistency.
