Creamy Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • ½ Inch Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • ¾ Cup Chai Tea Concentrate (or sub strong brewed Chai tea)
  • ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
  • Juice of ½ Lime
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder OR ½ Cup Plain Yogurt
  • Optional: Coconut Flakes for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. Garnish with coconut flakes.

*Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies
