Creamy Turmeric Smoothie
- ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
- ½ Frozen Banana
- ½ Inch Fresh Ginger, Grated
- ¾ Cup Chai Tea Concentrate (or sub strong brewed Chai tea)
- ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- Juice of ½ Lime
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder OR ½ Cup Plain Yogurt
- Optional: Coconut Flakes for Garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. Garnish with coconut flakes.
*Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies
