Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds (you could also use dixie cups or an ice cube tray) and freeze for 6-8 hours or until set.
Notes
The number of popsicles this makes will vary depending on the size of your molds. After filling all six of my molds I had a little bit left over. You can freeze the additional in an ice cube tray.
