Ingredients
  • ½ Shallot, roughly chopped
  • ½ Cup Hemp Seeds
  • Handful of Fresh Parsley (~1/4 - ⅓ Cup), chopped
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, roughly chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
