Citrus Maple Cayenne Dressing
- 1 Shallot, chopped
- Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 1 Orange
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
- Hefty shake of cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you'd like it to be!)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
