Citrus Maple Cayenne Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 Shallot, chopped
  • Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Thrive Culinary Algae Oil
  • Hefty shake of cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you'd like it to be!)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
