Healthy Red Velvet Cake Batter Smoothie - a delicious smoothie that tastes like dessert, but is made with wholesome ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana, Sliced
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 Small Steamed Beet, Chopped (I used a pre-cooked beet from Trader Joe's)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cashew Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Stevia (or sweetener to taste)
  • Optional: 1 Serving of Chocolate Protein Powder (may need to decrease Stevia)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. You may need a little extra almond milk to get things moving.
  2. Serve immediately.
