A little unsweetened Almond Milk to get things moving (I used ~3 Tablespoons)
⅓ Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Enjoy Life Brand)
Instructions
Place the bananas, spinach and extract in a food processor and pulse until broken down. Then process until smooth, adding almond milk as needed to get a soft-serve consistency.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl, and fold in chocolate chips.
For soft-serve, eat it as-is. If you would like more of an ice cream consistency, place in the freezer for about an hour before serving.
