Guacahummus

- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Can of White Beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ Cup of Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ of an Onion, Chopped
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- Juice of one Lemon
- Juice of one Lime
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Dash of Chili Powder
- Dash of Cumin
- In a food processor, pulse the beans and olive oil until a smooth, hummus-like consistency forms.
- Add in the avocado, cilantro, onion, garlic, lemon and lime juice, and spices to the food processor. Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional chili powder and cilantro if desired.
- Store dip in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
