Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Can of White Beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ Cup of Cilantro, Chopped
  • ¼ of an Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • Juice of one Lemon
  • Juice of one Lime
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Dash of Chili Powder
  • Dash of Cumin
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, pulse the beans and olive oil until a smooth, hummus-like consistency forms.
  2. Add in the avocado, cilantro, onion, garlic, lemon and lime juice, and spices to the food processor. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional chili powder and cilantro if desired.
  4. Store dip in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
