The Holiday Slay is a four-week workout plan to help you get in shape this holiday season, complete with simple workouts that can all be done at home in 30 minutes or less! It’s flexible and totally doable during this busy time of year.

The four-week fitness plan will be available beginning November 13 and will be available until the end of the year. While an accountability group will be starting the program on November 28, you can jump in and make this plan work to suit your schedule!
