These Matcha Coconut Energy Bites are the perfect snack recipe to add to your rotation. They’re creamy, lightly sweetened, and provide an energy boost to help you overcome the afternoon slump.


Ingredients

½ Cup Melted Coconut Butter

1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Flour

2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, Melted

1 Scoop Vital Proteins Matcha


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well-combined. Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes to stiffen up.
  2. Use a tablespoon for mini-scoop to form into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
